reporting structure within the department had changed, i'm reporting to the person with the highest authority, and it sucks big time !
she likes to do the following: - call me to ask the slightest thing - ask me to print out documents for her, which she can easily do so herself - call to ask me where things are put, as if its her first day at work - ask me to do things at near-to-knock-off-time - call to remind me this and that as if i'm senile, or retarded - talk about the same thing over and over again as if i'm a small kid - likes to do redundant things - likes to create more paperwork within the department - call meetings at even the slightest thing - each time i ask her for advice, i have to do proposal after proposal
